It is built on two levels and furnished in a contemporary Mediterranean style with tiled floors, contrasting with pastel colored walls and splashes of color from the furnishings.

On the first floor there is an entrance hall into an ample living room with fireplace and access onto a spacious furnished terrace, ideal for entertaining against the backdrop of the Mediterranean There is also a dinning room, and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a guest bathroom.

Internal stairs lead down to the bedroom accommodation which is on the same level as the garden and the pool area. Here as well as a spacious second lounge, there are four double bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms, and a further two which share a shower room. Each of the bedrooms has doors opening onto the garden and pool area.

The fifth bedroom is to the rear of the villa in a separate wooden outbuilding. It has its own bathroom too.It is suited for staff or young teenagers.

The property has a well kept garden of blooming flowers, a large swimming pool, and wrap around terraces to enjoy the cooling sea breezes.

The large shaded pergola with BBQ is perfect for outdoor dinning.
