This new 'designer' villa has been built and finished to a high standard with modern fixtures and fittings with minimal furnishing, and is set in a spectacular elevated position with sea views.

The property nestles on a hillside in a quiet residential area from where there are footpaths that allow you to easily walk into the village of Tamariu and its beautiful sandy beach, which is only 500meters away.

The villa is set in its own private gardens, with a swimming pool and various terraces facing in different directions that will allow you to capture the sun throughout the day.

Villa Megin is a light bright villa with large windows and sliding doors, dressed with white blinds letting the light stream in, and ceramic tiled floors throughout.

Comfortably furnished with off white painted walls which contrast with the modern wooden furniture and the chocolate coloured sofas and chairs in the living room. Pale colours extend into the bedrooms and bathrooms.

The property is distributed on two levels consisiting of:

On the ground level, off the entrance hall is one of the double bedrooms with an ensuite shower room, a bright living room with dining area opening onto a furnished terrace,perfect for outdoor dining. On this level there is also a fully equipped kitchen and a separate cloakroom.

Upstairs on the first floor there are two twin bedrooms which share a bathroom, and a further double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a lovely terrace large enough to sunbathe or to sit and relax.

To the right of the house there are no neighbors and there is a pine forest, to the left there is another house.

Outside there is a pleasant garden with a swimming pool (4 x 8m), garden furniture, electrical awning and barbeque

Tamariu is a charming small resort with a golden sandy beach that is set on a sparkling bay between majestic tree clad hillsides. It is popular with families, beach lovers and those seeking water sports, walkers, cyclists and is renowned for its excellent fish restaurants which are set on the beach promenade overlooking the sea.

Holidays here are relaxed, lunches are long and the evenings are late but quiet. There are long beautiful walks to be done along the coast, one of the most popular ones is around the nearby headlands to the rocky cove of Aigua Xellida, with its own small beach.

Bright living room with separate sitting and dining areas, doors lead to a large terrace with views to Tamariu. The living room has a large screen TV. The dining tabel sits 8.

Outside
The grounds of the villa are also on two levels with the pool just a few steps down from the terraces which run around the villa. The swimming pool (4 x 8m) is accessed by some roman steps and is surrounded by another terrace and an area of lawn.

Below the house is a garage large enough for 2 cars.
