This newly built villa with wonderful sea views is conveniently situated within walking distance of the beach and a couple of local restaurants, and has been built and furnished to the highest specifications.
The villa is built on two levels and includes on the ground floor: a large open plan living-dining room with double height ceiling, creating a wonderful sense of space; a fully equipped modern kitchen, and one ground floor bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and French doors opening on to the pool and terrace.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, both with terrace and sea views, sharing one bathroom.
Outside there is a large sun terrace with private 'infinity' pool (10m x 4m), and a covered terrace with summer kitchen, barbecue and sink, an ideal setting for al fresco dining or winding down with a chilled glass of wine after a long lazy day on the beach.
The villa’s location make for a truly relaxing holiday; with the beach in walking distance and amenities a short drive away. There’s a choice of golf courses in and around Pals, and for culture lovers there are many places to explore including the hilltop town of Begur and many beautiful medieval villages nearby.

We will definitely be returning to the Costa Brava. The villa was brilliant and had everything we needed for a great family holiday:it was clean, spacious, modern and fresh.
