La Roca

This fantastic contemporary villa is built on a rock by the sea, has magnificent views and large open spaces.

The property is located in a private position just minutes away from the beach of Tamariu, with its vibrant promenade, restaurants and boutiques.

On entering the house one is immediately struck by the beauty and extraordinary design of the building. A wide and bright wooden staircase leads down to a large sitting –dinning room with gorgeous minimalist furnishings and priceless works of art.

The living room has direct access to a great decked terrace with wonderful views.

From the sitting room, a large sliding panel acts as a separation wall for a bright double bedroom, with en-suite bathroom.

On this level there is also a compact kitchen and a second bedroom with twin beds and bathroom.

The sliding doors merge spaces in a superb manner, and the wide glass windows create unique indoor/outdoor spaces.

On the top floor one finds a twin bedroom and a master suite, both with their own bathrooms and access to a balcony with fantastic views.

Outside there is a fenced up pool of 4 x 8m and a small garden with chairs and sun lounges.

Sleeps a total of 8 people in 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

Ground floor level

Bedroom 1: Double bed(160cm) with en-suite bathroom (WC, sink, shower)

Bedroom 2: Twin –suitable for children or service person- with bathroom next door (WC, sink, shower)

Top floor level

Bedroom 3: Master suite with double bed (160cm), TV, stereo, dressing room and en-suite bathroom

Bedroom 4: Twin –suitable for children - with en-suite bathroom.

Living areas

Large and bright sitting-dinning room, with fireplace, TV, CD and DVD player. Sliding glass door for direct access into a great decked terrace.

The kitchen is on the small size, and facing at the back of the house. Somehow a bit disappointing if compared to the rest of the house.

Fenced up pool of 4x 8m. Partly decked and partly lawned garden. Large terrace with wonderful views.

We stayed at this beautiful villa for one week only but wished we had booked for longer. It was our first visit to the Costa Brava and we absolutely loved the area. With so many fantastic beaches to visit we were spoilt for choice! The villa was in very good condition and very comfortable, we would certainly consider staying there again. Brilliant pool and a brilliant sea views!
