This gorgeous house sits hidden away in its own pretty gardens surrounded by pine tress. It has just been refurbished in a contemporary style and offers stylish accommodation in a unique and privileged location of the Costa Brava.

The property is very private, only shares part of the drive with another villa.

It is just 1 Km from the beach of Tamariu, 5 minutes walk to the beach by coastal footpath.

From the entrance, there are two clearly different areas. Ahead, some steps lead down to the day/living area, and to the left of the entrance there is the night or resting area.

The day area consists of a large living-dining room with spectacular sea views and direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool.

At this level there is also a fully equipped modern kitchen.

Separate from the day area, and to the left of the main entrance, there are 4 bedrooms, two of which are en-suite and one with a bathroom across the corridor.

At ground floor level there is a utility room and another bedroom, ideally suited for staff or children. This bedroom has its own shower and wc.

At this level there is also a play room with table tennis, this has a large “garage” type of door that opens onto the garden, creating an indoor/outdoor space. At this level there is an additional shower and wc.

Bedroom 1: Double with en-suite bathroom

Bedroom 2 and 3: Twins with en-suite bathroom

Bedroom 4: Double with private bathroom across the corridor.

Ground level

Bedroom 5: Small double – suited for staff or children. It has an adjacent sitting room with a small sofa and direct independent access to the outdoors.

Living area

Spacious, light and contemporary sitting area, with comfortable sofas and satellite TV.

Lovely dinning area with table sitting 8-10 guests. Fantastic sliding glass panels open the space into the decked terrace brilliantly merging the outdoors with the indoors.

Household Amenities

Fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, DVD player, HiFi, central heating, air conditioning, electrical shutters.

Outdoors

Gorgeous infinity pool surrounded by partly decked terrace and lawn. Comfortable outdoor furniture.

Large garage for 2-3 cars.
