This property is situated in a good location – close to the highway and many tourist attractions, yet secluded right in the middle of a quiet stone village with unpaved roads, surrounded by rolling hills and unknown by tourism.
The property’s décor combines traditional style and materials with present day comforts. It is furnished with beautiful antiques and top quality fabrics and linens.
Entrance to the house is via the front garden, which includes a small, refreshing plunge pool and sun lounges.
Inside the house, an entrance hall gives access to a long living room with a fireplace, antique table and chairs, TV and comfortable sofas. This room overlooks both the garden and a shaded patio at the back of the house, with a table and chairs for outdoor dinning. There is an open kitchen-dinning room with traditional décor and modern appliances.
The accommodation includes three double bedrooms and one twin, all en-suite.
On the first floor, there is one of the double bedrooms, which is large and bright, with a little balcony overlooking the back patio. It has a fireplace, an antique double bed and a modern en-suite. The second bedroom could be used as a double, but may be better used as a single room.
A third bedroom has two twin-size beds overlooks the garden.
On the upper floor there is a bright and spacious studio/sitting room with a fireplace, sofa and a desk. On one side, it has windows overlooking the garden and the Pyrenees; on the other side, a door provides access to the sunny roof terrace. This floor also includes a bright double bedroom.
The village where this house is situated is only very small and does not offer services, but just four kilometres away a larger village provides a few restaurants and bars, a bakery, post office, and a small supermarket. The villa is one kilometre from the NII main road, and only 10 minutes drive to the city of Figueres.
This property is next to next to the house known as Els Arcs, and opposite Els Tarongers. Each of the three houses has its own garden, separated by gates from the others; if a group wished to rent more than one of the houses, the gates can be opened to connect the gardens.

Bedroom 4: double (155cm) with en-suite bathroom (shower, sink, WC - this bathroom can also be accessed from the studio/sitting room or it can be kept locked for privacy)
