This amazing country house is located within a few kilometres from Figueres, in the heart of the Empordà region. The property has been fantastically renovated and is absolutely ideal for celebrations, family and friends reunions, as well as corporate incentives or meetings.
It offers every comfort and convenience, from the fantastic celebrations hall (gathering up to 200 guests) to the bar, the professional kitchen, the generous sitting areas or the hotel standard bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms.
The property is located in the middle of idyllic countryside, and has the most amazing views.
It is distributed in three levels. On the ground floor there is a large entrance hall with a grand piano and sitting area, all under amazing vaulted ceilings. This area is wide and spacious and has views onto the pool.
Downstairs there is also a bar, a large dinning /meetings room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with two WCs and two sinks.
On the first floor there is a big living room with fireplace, and 5 bedrooms, one of which is the master bedroom with a great terrace with beautiful views.
On the second floor there are 4 bedrooms and another sitting room with TV and spectacular views onto the surrounding countryside.
Outside, the large garden is meticulously well cared, and there is an L shape pool and garden furniture.

My wife and I had an absolutely amazing wedding and vacation in Catalonia. For our wedding guests, we rented 4 villas: Els Terrats d'Emporda for our wedding party and reception, and 3 others (Can Noguera, Mas Sallent and Els Arcs) for our extended families and friends. All of them were spectacular, each in a unique, private setting. Whether overlooking a river and farm fields or with a backdrop of the snow-peaked Pyrenees, they were all extremely well maintained and very comfortable for our guests and ourselves. As for the wedding, everything was perfect, from the Catholic ceremony (in English) to the most incredible regional cuisine served at the reception. Sara and her husband Richard have created a hospitality business with the very highest standards. They cater to every need and provide uncompromised service with an acute attention to detail. Sara has a keen understanding of the needs and desires of her clients and runs an extremely successful business. We can't wait to return to Catalonia and spend another week in a "Charming Villa!"
