On the ground floor, there is the twin bedroom, with a bathroom next door. The two double bedrooms are on the first floor. One of the bedrooms overlooks the front garden, whilst the other has direct access to a bright and sunny roof terrace, ideal for sunbathing.

The village where this house is situated is only very small and does not offer services, but just four kilometres away a larger village provides a few restaurants and bars, a bakery, post office, and a small supermarket. The villa is one kilometre from the NII main road, and only 10 minutes drive to the city of Figueres.

This property is next to next to the house known as La Palmera, and opposite Els Tarongers. Each of the three houses has its own garden, separated by gates from the others; if a group wished to rent more than one of the houses the gates can be opened to connect the gardens.

This villa was perfect for our family, so lovely and spacious and it a great location,  easy to get anywhere! We enjoyed exploring the Costa Brava, Figueres, Girona and Barcelona, all within easy reach.
