Castell de Mar is located on the coastal road between Tossa de Mar and Sant Feliu de Guixols. Arguably, one of the best stretches of coastline in Europe. The property is privately located with desirable sea and mountain views. It is situated on a plot size of 5500m2.

The house has approximately 630m2 of living area and has been finished to an exceptional standard. The center part of the house (the tower) has been maintained, and dates more than 1000 years.

The interior of the property is decorated in an ornate style and is comfortably furnished with antique furniture. There are two lounges with ample space for relaxation, a games room with large pool table and gymnasium.

The garden itself has been landscaped, achieving a beautiful and peaceful environment incorporating many water features, including various ponds and cascades. Where possible the garden has been designed with natural materials, using gravel, stone and wood, which have enabled it to blend perfectly with its natural surroundings.

There is a swimming pool (15x6m) and a jacuzzi surrounded by a large wooden decked area with sunbeds. For outside dining, there is a barbecue with an undercover eating area and many terraces.

The 2nd lounge is in the main area of the house, has ample seating, TV adjacent to the dining room.

Large games room with a pool table (2.8x1.6 m) with a seating area with the sofa converting into a comfortable double bed, and a shower room. Also, adjacent is a gym with a good range of equipment and shower room. Both rooms have access to large terraces.

Household Facilities

Traditional kitchen with oak units and granite worktops. Fully equipped with cooker, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. Island in the centre giving extra worktop space and breakfast area. Patio doors lead out onto a decked area.

The utility room is equipped with an automatic washing machine and a tumble dryer.
