This striking three bedroom villa, built just over a year ago, offers stylish and spacious accommodation and has been furnished and finished to a high standard.

The property is situated in a quiet residential area, about 1.5 kms from the golden beach of Tamariu, one of the most attractive resorts on the Costa Brava. With its elevated position and south facing orientation, enjoys sun all day long.

Villa Canigó is accessed from the street by some steps that lead down to an impressive wooden front door which opens into a light hall.

At this level there is a very modern kitchen which flows into the large open-plan living room with both sitting and dining areas. The kitchen is well equipped, and has a large island housing the hob, the sink and food preparation areas.

The spacious open-plan living area has walls of glass on two sides that open through doors onto a wrap around balcony furnished for both sitting and eating.

Accessed through a sliding door from the living room is the en-suite master bedroom.

The lower groundfloor level is accessed via some steps that lead down from the entrance. Here there is a further hall area off which there are two well equipped double bedrooms which share a full bathroom. Each of the spacious bedrooms has direct access to the terrace, garden and pool area.

From the living area and kitchen there is a set of steps which lead down to the teak decked terrace and the outdoor dining area, part of which is covered, and swimming pool.

Ground floor

Bedroom 1, Master bedroom: Double with dressing room, study alcove and en-suite bathroom with both bath and shower.

Lower ground floor

Bedroom 2 and 3, both doubles sharing one full bathroom.

Living areas
The living area is light and bright with pieces of modern art adorning the white walls. The dining area has a large stylish white dining table and chairs, whilst the sitting area also has a stylish black settee and white armchairs along with satellite television.

Household facilities
Very well equipped modern kitchen with hob, designer sink, large fridge/freezer, built in oven and microwave. Leading off the kitchen is a laundry room. Broadband internet access.

Outdoors
Covered balcony from which there are views down over the gardens and the surrounding area - the perfect place for long leisurely lunches or dinners.

Decked terrace and gardens laid mainly with lawn with some pine trees which lead to a wooded area. The swimming pool is oblong shaped and is a great place to cool off, whilst the terraces with their southerly orientation have the sun for most of the day.
