The property is situated close to a little village called Orfes, within easy reach of the beautiful Costa Brava beaches and close to the historic cities of Girona, Figueres and the French Border. Barcelona is just 1h away.

This area is excellent for bicycling and walking, and it is possible to bike to several nearby villages on quiet country roads.

Having undergone a high spec contemporary renovation, the three-storey accommodation comprises 6 bedrooms, all en-suite, two large sitting rooms, two play areas - one for children, one for grown ups – a cellar, a well equipped kitchen and a dinning room accommodating 12 guests.

Surrounding the house there is a large garden with views out across the fields and a big pool, totally private.

Attached to the house there is a little annex with a live in house keeper, who looks after the house and gardens.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Can Sargantana. The house is perfect for families and far exceeded our expectations. The kids loved the pool, games room and play area and found plenty to keep themselves amused on the days that we relaxed in Can Sargantana.

We received a very warm welcome from the caretakers and found them very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The paella night and trip to Barcelona was a great success so thank you very much for organizing these. The add on services are a great idea and we were certainly glad that we availed of them as in a way they made the holiday that extra special.

The service you provide is fantastic and I really couldn't fault it in any way.
