This superbly renovated 17th century farmhouse is situated on top of a hill with stunning panoramic views near the medieval village of Peratallada, in one of the most sought-after areas of the Costa Brava.

It took three years to complete its restoration that transformed this old farming masia into the stylish and sophisticated home it is today.

The architecture of the house speaks of its past that as far as possible has been preserved with traditional architectural elements such as the vaulted ceiling of the hall, its wooden beams and terracotta floors, and scrupulous use of natural materials, such as iron, stone, wood, and clay.

The house breathes a romantic atmosphere, with smooth looking tones, beautiful soft furnishings and pretty details, harmoniously balancing typical Catalan, Provencal and Tuscan decorative styles.

Distributed on two levels, the ground floor includes: a large entrance hall, two ample sitting rooms with fire place, a spacious kitchen with a central island and breakfast table, an adjoining dining room for 10-12, and a staff bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

A short distance away (about 2km) is the beautiful medieval village of Peratallada, with its bars, cafes, art galleries and many restaurants. The best Costa Brava beaches are 10-15 minutes drive: Pals, Sa Riera, Sa Tuna, Aiguafreda, Tamariu etc
