This lovely new villa is built in an elevated position with great sea views. It is situated in a quiet residential area, just 500 metres from Tamariu, a charming resort of the Costa Brava with a golden sandy beach that is set on a small bay set amongst rugged pine covered cliffs cascading down to meet the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean sea.

The home is built on one level, and it is finished and furnished to a high standard with contemporary interior and large picture windows that frame the wonderful views of the bay below.

The property comprises a large open-plan living room that has a comfortable sitting area with settees positioned to make the most of the views.

The dining room leads off the living area and has a dining table for 8. Both the living room and dining room have large sliding windows that open onto the terrace which in turn overlooks the swimming pool just below.

Leading off the dining area is the modern, well-equipped kitchen with a central island. On this level there is also a practical laundry room.

Set a few steps down from the living area there are four stylish bedrooms, all with wooden floors. Three of the bedrooms have direct access to the garden and pool.

Tamariu is south facing on to one of the most sheltered beaches of the Costa Brava. The crystal clear water is ideal for swimming as the beach, especially on the right hand side, shelves at a fairly gentle angle. It is also popular as a dive site as there are many caves to explore along the nearby coast.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Bedroom 1: master double bedroom with private bathroom (with shower). It has doors that open on to the terrace, garden and pool.

Bedroom 2 ( Double ) and Bedroom 3: (Twin ) share a shower room, and like the master bedroom they both have doors to the terrace, garden and pool.

Bedroom 4: twin with private shower room.

Living areas

Large open-plan living room with large panoramic windows that flood it with light. Dinning room with table for 8 and doors that open onto the terrace, garden and pool.

Household facilities

Fully equipped kitchen with vitro-ceramic hob and electric oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer.

Outside

A terrace runs along the front of the villa and overlooks the infinity swimming pool and the gardens, laid mainly to lawn dotted with trees and shrubs. The pool is 8 x 4 metres with a ladder. It is surrounded on three sides by terraces, a great place for relaxing just soaking up the views out to sea and down over the Bay of Tamariu.

Price includes: water, gas, electricity, central heating, bed linen and towels. 4h daily maid service Monday to Saturday.
