Villa Rosa

Constructed in the late 19th century, Villa Rosa is an exceptional example of Neo Mudejar architecture; exotic blend of Moorish, Hispanic and Renaissance styles famous for its exquisitely elaborate colour and detail. Both the house and the extensive grounds have been restored to their original splendour and updated with all modern comforts.

Villa Rosa is situated 30 minutes south of Barcelona Airport and is close to the major motorways, making it the perfect spot for guests to enjoy some privacy and space whislt being very conveniently situated close to Barcelona.

The main villa is set on 3 floors (there is a lift as well as the ornate staircase).

On the ground floor there is the breathtaking entrance hall, the extensive salon and bar and a large games room with a pool table, chess and music system. There is a large dining room, the kitchen which has all possible amenities,  a library with internet access, the covered porch and seating areas for dining al fresco, and even a private chapel. On this floor there is also a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

On the first floor there are 4 en-suite double bedrooms, all of which have access to private terraces with sofas. At this level there is also the so called Music Room; an absolute jewel of a room with gilded ceilings, ideal for formal dining

On the second floor there are a further 4 double en-suite bedrooms, one of which has a private reception area that can also be used as an extra bedroom.

Outside, the magnificent walled gardens are as stunning as the house itself. Two hectares of land with a wide variety of plants and trees, a large swimming pool (12m by 7m ) tables, chairs and sun loungers, a tennis court, an ornate fish pond, a children's play park and a large BBQ area. There are changing rooms and showers by the pool and a small gymnasium and parking for 50 vehicles.

The Bodega, a building adjacent to the main house, has been restored and provides a further 350m2. It is ideal for up to 180 guests. It is perfect for corporate meals and dinners, training, indoor/outdoor activities, banquets, meetings and conventions and weddings etc.

All the bedrooms have direct access to a private balcony with sun loungers and enjoy views over the grounds and gardens.

Second floor
The Sultan Suite: A large and airy room. It has a Bang and Olufson satellite TV and surround sound DVD music system. It has a private reception room which could be used as an additional room.
