This modernly designed villa is located in a quiet residential area of the lively town of Sitges, just 38km from the city of Barcelona (30 minutes by train or car), and 30km (19 miles) from Barcelona airport.

The house is oriented to the sun and the Mediterranean, allowing visitors to enjoy great views of the sea and the skyline of Sitges.

The main entrance to the villa is through the garden, and the first that you see is the thrilling effect of the double-height living room with a fireplace and its wide large windows, opened to the terrace and garden and the sea beyond.

Here you also find a dining room that is connected to the kitchen through a bar.

On this floor there are also two bedrooms: a big suite with walk in closet and bathroom connected to the spa; and another double bedroom with bathroom.

The access to the second level is through the living room and here we find  three bedrooms: a master suite with bathroom and two double bedrooms that share a bathroom.

The garden is small but convenient, an area with vegetation and a wooden terrace, equipped for outdoor meals, with deck chairs and barbecue.

Ground floor

Bedroom 1: suite of 40 sq meters, with a double bed (135cm x 190cm) walk in closet and bathroom with hydro massage bath tub. There is a small salon with armchair, TV and desk.  It is connected to the exterior spa
Bedroom 2: 10 sq meters with double bed (135cm x 190cm), closets and fully equipped bathroom with large shower.

First Floor
Bedroom 3: A suite of 28 sq meters with a double bed (135cm x 190cm), walk in closet, TV and home cinema, work space and bathroom with large shower. It is oriented to the bay of Sitges.

Bedroom 4: 14 sq meters with double bed (135cm x 190cm)

Bedroom 5: 8 sq meters with two individual beds (90 x 190cm)

Bedrooms 4 and 5 share a bathroom with bath tub and separate WC.

Living areas

The living room is 32 sq meters with lofted ceiling and has a triple sofa, a double sofa, three armchairs, a side table and DVD with surround sound. The whole room is opened to the garden, where there is the spa.

Household facilities

Fully equipped kitchen with Fridge/freezer, vitroceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker. Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board. Cable TV, Hifi, DVD player. Wireless internet access. Air conditioning  and central heating.

Outdoors

The garden is 65 sq meter and includes an area with vegetation and a wooden terrace, equipped for outdoor meals, with deck chairs and barbecue. There is a Spa of 10 sq meters, with a 7 meter bench following around the perimeter, where is possible to freshen up and enjoy the relaxing views at the same time.
