Originaly the home of a textile entrepeneur Catalan family , this amazingly well preserved flat built in 1919 offers comfort, privacy and space for those wanting to spend a holiday in Barcelona or those coming for business.
Chosen by Harrisson Ford and Calista Flockhart during their last visit to the city, the flat has been equipped with all modern facilities, yet is beautifully traditional and maintains authentic period details . Old books, family photographs and fine furnishings give the apartment an original ambience that is both elegant and warm.
The appartment is centrally located in the “Eixample” district, walking distance to Passeig de Gràcia, Les Rambles, Sagrada família and Plaça Catalunya, right in the heart of the city. Shopping, restaurants, markets, and metro station are all nearby.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The flat sleeps 12 people in 6 bedrooms and 3 complete bathrooms, plus a small additional one.
4 of the bedrooms are king size and the other two are queen size.
All the beds are convertible allowing them to adapt to one double bed or two separates singles.
Living space
The living area covers 170 m2 and consists of a large lounge (50 m2) with split level section, a living room (25 m2) a dining room (25 m2) with a table sitting 14 people, a small games room, an old chapel and a business corner with desk and PC.
This area has a controlled lighting system with remote control that allows you to create the atmosphere that you most desire, as well as air conditioning.
Household facilities
Central heating, double glazing soundproofing, air conditioning (except in 2 bedrooms) and fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, gas cooker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, fruit juicer and mixer.
The business corner includes PC, printer, and wireless broadband Internet.
